Guys, guys. You have no idea how much I loved SPEED RACER. Actually, this may give you an idea...



Am I drawing him enough? (The sad part is this isn't even all I've drawn... yes, there's more. :< )

The Internet as a whole is trying to ruin my fun and make me guilty for loving it as much as I did. But you know what? Forget it all! I can enjoy the film! I can enjoy the series too (I saw a bit of it the other day on youtube... most hilarious thing that I've seen in some time. Comedy Gold!) I think that they're both deserving of my love~

Plus Speed really is a cutie ♥♥♥ (shut up!)

I'm giving you a virtual hug! I love Speed Racer! I only wish the movie was going to live up to it! I liked the movie, but its too complex for young kids to follow and too strange for many adults to like. I'm a kid at heart when it comes to cartoons so I got all the jokes.

I know, I loved the hell out of it and want to see it again and again. One problem is it hasn't been marketed too well, causing not many people to go to it because they didn't like the previews. People who haven't seen it are dissing it :< But a fair amount who actually went to see it liked it, so...

I'm not sure! It's a very mixed reaction!

I thought it was the most fun I've had at a film in some time.

Oh hurrah! ♥♥ I realize now after seeing some of the series, the film is different in some aspects (Speed has caught a case of movie-version-angst-itis hehe). But I still think it wasn't that far off the mark. Either way it was completely enjoyable!
